"I believe that healing is not only possible—but that every individual is inherently worthy of it."

My own experiences with trauma and chronic health challenges have deeply shaped the way I show up in this work. I know what it feels like to move through pain, uncertainty, and the slow process of rebuilding. Because of this, I approach therapy with empathy, patience, and a genuine respect for your lived experience.

In session, my focus is to create a space that feels steady, compassionate, and without judgement—somewhere you can exhale and simply be. I work from a person-centred and humanistic approach, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you reconnect with your inner knowing, and support your healing at a pace that feels right for you.

I specialize in supporting adolescents (12+), adults, first responders, and individuals navigating trauma, ADHD, chronic health issues, and significant life transitions. I also draw from a decade of experience working in the education system supporting youth with diverse needs, including mental health challenges, Autism, ADHD, and learning differences.

I hold a deep belief that every person is both capable and deserving of healing. My practice is grounded in cultural humility, inclusivity, and neuroaffirming care.

Outside of my work, I find restoration in nature. I grew up camping and exploring the outdoors, and today I live in Mission with my husband and our two dogs. I love gardening, sunshine, travel, and time spent with the people who feel like home.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with warmth, respect, and understanding.
