"I believe that healing is not only possible—but that every individual is inherently worthy of it."

My lived experience with trauma and chronic health challenges deeply informs my work and the empathy I bring to each therapeutic relationship. I value patience, non-judgment, and being genuinely present with every client. At the heart of my practice is a compassionate, trusting, and safe connection—rooted in person-centred and humanistic values.

I support clients through a lens of cultural humility, inclusivity, and neuroaffirming care, honouring the diverse identities and lived experiences each person brings. My areas of focus include attachment, adolescents (12+), trauma, ADHD, chronic health conditions, and first responders. I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing how our bodies, environments, and lived experiences shape us.

With over a decade in the education system, I’ve worked closely with youth navigating Autism, ADHD, mental health challenges, and learning differences. These experiences have deepened my belief in the strength and worth of every individual I support. In addition to my private practice work, I continue to work within the education system as a counsellor supporting youth with significant mental health needs.

I also bring personal experience with childhood trauma and PTSD. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help—and if you’re reading this and feeling unsure, please know: you’re not alone. I’m here to meet you where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and care.

Outside of therapy, I find grounding in nature. I live in Mission with my husband and our two dogs. I love gardening, traveling, and soaking up the sunshine with family.
