I believe that healing is not only possible, but that every individual, no matter what they have experienced, is inherently worthy of it.

As a registered Wounded Warriors provider, I specialize in supporting first responders, veterans, and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, and operational stress. I understand that the impact of this work can be complex, often extending beyond critical incidents into daily life, relationships, and a sense of self.

If you're a first responder, you might be noticing:

  • You can’t fully switch off after work

  • Certain calls stay with you

  • You feel more on edge or shut down

  • It’s impacting your relationships or sleep

You don’t have to carry that alone.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I integrate somatic therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, attachment-based work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process experiences, reduce distress, and feel more connected and steady in your day-to-day life.

While my focus is on first responder care, I also support adults navigating trauma, ADHD, chronic health challenges, and major life transitions.

My goal is to offer a space where you can set things down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and move forward in a way that feels sustainable.

*To ensure all clients receive fully independent and confidential support, I do not see anyone directly supervised by or closely connected to family members who also work in first responder services. I welcome other first responders seeking trauma-informed counselling.
