Hemlock & Haven Therapy connects individuals with trauma informed clinical counsellors to support them through life's challenges. Each counsellor at Hemlock & Haven Therapy are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), in good standing with the BCACC, and bring a diverse background of experience and training to aid in the support of clients.

For first responders, this can be a place to process operational stress, critical incidents, and the ongoing impact of hypervigilance. Over time, you may begin to feel more steady, reconnect with yourself and your relationships, and find it easier to shift out of “work mode” when you’re off shift.
Walk & Talk Therapy
(In-Person, Mission BC)
Walk and Talk Therapy at Hemlock & Haven offers a grounded blend of movement, nature, and conversation. For some clients, particularly those who find it difficult to sit in a traditional therapy setting, being outdoors can help reduce intensity, support emotional regulation, and make it easier to process stress or difficult experiences. The movement and environment create space to think, reflect, and talk in a way that often feels more natural and less confined.
