Warmth. Curiosity. Care — grounded support for first responders and adults navigating trauma and stress.

"I believe that healing is not only possible, but that every individual is inherently worthy of it."

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care.

I work especially well with first responders and adults who carry a lot internally; those who are used to holding it together on the outside while feeling the weight of their experiences beneath the surface.

Our work together is collaborative, steady, and paced in a way that feels manageable. We create space to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounding and sustainable.

My work is informed by specialized training in trauma, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), along with experience supporting individuals in high-stress and complex environments.

I am a trauma informed Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Certified Counsellor. I offer compassionate counselling for first responders and adults across British Columbia who are navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or PTSD.

You Might Notice:

"Difficulty switching off after work"

"Feeling on edge or constantly alert"

"Certain calls or moments staying with you"

"Disconnection from yourself or others"

We specialize in that.

While I specialize in supporting first responders, I continue to provide trauma-informed counselling for adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, life stress, and other challenges — all clients are welcome.

No matter what you're navigating, you don’t have to do it alone. Support is here.

To ensure all clients receive fully independent and confidential support, I do not provide counselling to anyone directly supervised by or closely connected to my family members who work in first responder services. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please reach out. I’m happy to discuss and clarify any potential conflicts before scheduling.

We humbly acknowledge that British Columbia is situated on the traditional unceded territories of almost 200 distinct First Nations.

We recognize that Indigenous traditions, knowledge, and languages have been deeply damaged by the ongoing colonization of Indigenous Peoples and actively work to deepen our understandings, repair harm, and decolonize our practice.
